How to earn Hireace Rewards
Cashpoints are earnt at the completion of your hire. Simply let our team know your Cashpoints card number – either in branch or over the phone – so we can apply your points to your account. Rewards will be loaded overnight at the completion of the
INCLUSIONS – Cashpoints will be awarded only on the following charges;
- Daily hire rate
- Insurance purchased
- Premium location fees / Airport fees
- Mileage
- Extra items purchased or hired
- One-way intercity fees
EXCLUSIONS – Cashpoints WILL NOT be granted for bonds or for any expenses arising from customer fault or misuse, including but not limited to;
- Insurance excess
- Repair costs
- Smoking fees
- Fuel costs
- Infringements
- And any other charges at our discretion
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cashpoints will be processed (issued) when the vehicle hire is concluded (returned) and has been paid in full. Cashpoints only apply to Hireace branches and exclude trailer hire from Z Energy Service Stations or any other service stations. It only applies to new bookings starting from the 13th October 2025.
