All schools receive a *15% discount on their booking fee.
By using the form below, you can select the vehicles you require on the dates needed. The Hireace team will then send you a quote for your consideration.
You can enter more than one vehicle on the form should you need it for a different event or date. We recommend you to view the form on your desktop computer or laptop for ease of use.

*Terms & Conditions for Schools Only:
- 50% payment is not required at the booking phase.
- A credit card is not required at pick-up.
- A security bond is not required at pick-up.
- Liability excess (if applicable) will not be charged to the driver but will be invoiced to the school after the vehicle has been assessed.
- The school is required to fill in a School Authorisation Letter for Additional Drivers & Payment Form for any additional drivers.

- Schools have two options for paying for the vehicle hire: payment at the time of vehicle pick up, or request to have an invoice emailed to the school.
