Hireace is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Call Centre team based in Auckland Airport Oaks, Mangere.
Our Customer Service Representatives are pivotal to our business .They are the first point of contact for our potential and existing customers!
As one of our Customer Service Representatives, your key responsibilities will include:
• Providing quality service.
• Dealing with enquiries, conversion of enquiries into sales over the telephone. - Allocating and confirming Online Bookings.
• Understanding our customers' needs and tailoring their hire needs to suit them.
• Providing solutions if a problem arises.
• Contributing to an awesome team culture.
Our ideal candidate will be someone who has:
• Previous customer service experience, ideally in a call centre environment (preferred but not essential).
• Demonstrates a high standard of English - both written and verbal. - Great interpersonal communication skills.
• An ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of customers. - High data entry accuracy.
• A commitment to delivering a high standard of customer service and keeping a positive attitude.
Hours of Work: 7 Day Per Week Operation | Rotating Roster for 5 Days
