Hireace and Bargain Rentals is a well established, New Zealand owned and operated business with fourteen Branches nationwide from Auckland to Christchurch. Hireace specialises in commercial vehicle and trailer hire, Bargain Rentals in car hire.
We have a great opportunity for a Sales Assistants to join the Auckland Operation.
The Role
This is a hands on role, where you will be expected to drive and clean vehicles and roll up your sleeves to get the job done. If you like variety and don't mind hard work; read on:
This role includes all aspects of the rental vehicle industry. You will be dealing with customer enquiries and bookings both over the phone and email. You will be the face of the business and potentially the first person our customers see. A natural ability to work in a team environment and carry out tasks by yourself is a must.
You must have an excellent command of English, well-groomed and take pride in your personal hygiene and appearance. Experience with working with computers is essential for this Sales Assistant position.
We take pride in our fleet and it starts with grooming! You will be responsible to make our vehicles shine from the inside out.
From customer bookings, vehicle checks & grooming no two days are ever the same. If you can demonstrate that you can think on your feet, use your initiative and have great communication, this job is for you!
• You must be able to drive a manual
• Experience in driving small trucks/trailers is beneficial.
• A right to work in NZ is a must, we will not be sponsoring anyone for this role.
• To cover a 7 day week operation you will be expected to work at least 1 day of the weekend within 40 hour week.
